How does RecHQ pricing work?
One subscription per company. You pay for admin seats — owners and managers — and everything else is unlimited: employee accounts, boats, equipment, and locations. Extra admin seats are $10/mo (or $8/mo on annual plans).
What counts as an admin seat?
Only owner and manager roles. Employees and leads are always free, so you can put your whole crew in the app — schedules, chat, training, and timesheets included — without watching a seat count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Complete — the top tier, full access, no credit card required. Pick the plan that fits when the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes prorate to your next invoice, and your Ops Hub data stays intact.
We close for the season. Do we pay all year?
No. Annual plans can pause for up to 3 months a year. Your account goes read-only — history, reports, and documents stay available — and billing stops until you reopen.
Do you support multiple locations?
Every plan includes unlimited locations at no extra cost. Run one dock or five — the price only changes when you add owner or manager seats.
Is RecHQ actually running real rental businesses?
Yes — we operate Riverwalk Boating Company, eBoats Tampa, and Paddle Pub Tampa on Tampa's Riverwalk, and RecHQ runs their daily operations. We're the first customer of everything we ship.
