We didn't study rental operations. We run them.
RecHQ comes from the team behind three rental businesses on Tampa's Riverwalk — Riverwalk Boating Company, eBoats Tampa, and Paddle Pub Tampa. Every feature was built because our own fleet needed it.
We were running serious operations on a pile of spreadsheets, group texts, paper waivers, and reminder apps that never talked to each other. Equipment rental is an operations business — the margin is in uptime. Keeping assets in service, crews trained, inspections passed, and customers signed in. But the tools on the market were either generic field-service software or point solutions that solved one slice and ignored the rest.
So we built RecHQ: one system, purpose-built for rental operations, organized around a single idea — the Ops Hub. If something needs a manager's attention, it becomes a ticket. Maintenance, compliance deadlines, training reminders, unfinished checklists — one queue, one pass, nothing missed.
RecHQ runs our boats every day in Tampa, Florida. We're the first customer of everything we ship — and now we're opening it up to operators everywhere.

What we believe
One pane of glass
Operators shouldn't manage a business by jumping between six apps. We build toward a single place where the work lives.
Built for uptime
Downtime is lost revenue. Everything we ship is in service of keeping equipment earning and crews moving.
Nothing slips
Compliance dates, inspections, and checklists shouldn't depend on someone remembering. If it matters, it becomes a ticket.
Your whole operation. One queue.
One queue for everything that needs your attention — built by operators who run rental fleets every day.
